Decorated items are non-returnable and considered final sale once decoration has been applied. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and approve the design, placement, and details of your customized apparel. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as “not as expected” or general preference.

At Berne, we take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind the garments we produce. If you believe there is an issue with the decoration or a manufacturing defect in the garment, please contact our team at progear@berneapparel.com or reach out to your sales representative for assistance. We will review the concern and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
